Question: What is a PDF file?

Answer: PDF is short for Portable Document Format, which allows a document distributed across multiple operating systems to retain formatting. The manual in PDF format can be read by a free application from http://www.adobe.com called "Adobe Reader".


Question: Why haven't I received your email even though the payment has cleared?

Answer: Please check your Spam/Junk mail Folder. If you can not find our email anywhere, please contact us. We will send you the e-mail manually.


Question: When I download the manual, I get a .php file that Microsoft says it cannot open.

Answer: When you save the file, make sure the filename with '.pdf' extension. And you can simply rename the .php to a .pdf, then it can be opened.


Question: Do you have a refund policy?

Answer: We offer a 3-day no-questions-asked refund.


Question: Are there other payment options besides PayPal.com?

Answer: You can use a credit card via PayPal.com, which is a secure, free, easy way to pay.


Question: What if I do not have a PayPal account?
